Pawsitively Purrfect Pet SESSION AGREEMENT

SCHEDULING POLICY: All sessions must be paid at the time of scheduling.  Limited space is available.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE: Your Pet Portrait Session is $85 per 30-minute session. Studio K will donate 100% of the session fee to Minidoka Joint Powers Shelter. Session Fee covers your session time. Limited edition and discounted ordering available.  One family's Pets per session time. 

BARK BUCKS: Dog Food!! Bags of 25 pounds will get you $20 Bark Bucks to spend on your order! Other Items to donate: collars, leashes, blankets, toys...

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client will be photographed, then allowed time to view and select their favorite images at an immediate ordering appointment. 

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Due to the Limited-Edition space limitations, Sessions are non-refundable.

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints or print permission for digital images for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions for other than personal use.
